Spin Master to Acquire Hapiko, Maker of AI Sticker Tool for Kids
Spin Master has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Hapiko, the company behind Stickerbox, announced in a press release.
Hapiko is based in Brooklyn and builds creative play technology for children. Its Stickerbox product uses a safe AI system for children to turn spoken ideas into printable stickers that kids can color, collect, and apply.
Stickerbox launched in late 2025 and has sold out 13 times, according to the announcement. The product includes voice to image generation, ink free printing, and COPPA compliant privacy and safety features.
Spin Master said the acquisition will add Hapiko's platform to its toy, entertainment, and digital games business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
