Lafayette Square USA, Lafayette Square Technologies, and Worker Solutions are hosting the three-day OUTCOME2030 conference in Washington, D.C., to examine how AI, private capital, and employee benefits can support working-class communities.

Announced in a press release, the three-day OUTCOME2030 conference in Washington, D.C., brings together industry and policy leaders to explore how artificial intelligence, private capital, and workplace benefits are shaping economic mobility. The event is hosted by Lafayette Square USA, Lafayette Square Technologies, and Worker Solutions.

The conference will address issues such as AI driven employment shifts, private credit conditions, and the adequacy of employee benefits for working-class communities. Discussions will focus on how data and AI can map economic opportunity, expand financial access, and help middle market companies manage labor pressures and rising healthcare costs.

Key speakers include Raj Chetty, Director of Opportunity Insights and Professor of Economics at Harvard University, who will deliver the keynote address, along with leaders from sports, government, and finance. Chetty highlighted the importance of linking data, capital, and policy to measure and improve economic opportunity.

The conference name stems from Lafayette Square's Goal2030 commitments to support 100,000 working-class jobs, direct half of its capital toward working-class communities, and implement new benefits for half of its portfolio companies by 2030.
