Missouri Launches AI-Based Human Trafficking Reporting System Ahead of World Cup
Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Safe House Project to roll out Simply Report across the state, announced in a press release. The AI-based platform enables residents to report suspected human trafficking and sends verified information directly to law enforcement dashboards.
The launch comes as Kansas City prepares to host matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Simply Report uses a behavioral intelligence matrix with more than 700 trafficking indicators to analyze submissions, assess risk levels, and forward actionable tips to law enforcement in real time.
The system supports over 200 languages. Victims are connected with Safe House Project's national Survivor Support Team and certified safe home network for immediate placement and long-term assistance. Missourians can access Simply Report through its website, mobile app, or helpline at 1.833.5.BESAFE.
