Statecraft Launches Workforce for Federal Agency Back Offices

August 19, 2026
Statecraft launched Workforce, an agentic platform for automating routine administrative work in federal agencies, including acquisition support, finance, grants, case management, and reporting.

Statecraft announced in a press release the launch of Workforce, an agentic platform for federal agency back office work. The platform is designed for acquisition support, finance, grants, case management, and reporting.

Workforce deploys custom teams of AI agents mapped to named roles on an agency org chart. Each team is trained on a single agency's statutes, regulations, and procedures, and each agent retrieves governing authority before acting. The system logs each step so decisions can be inspected and reversed.

In pilots, Workforce showed up to 90 percent time savings and 95 percent cost savings for federal agencies. Workforce is Statecraft's first deployed solution.
