NIIT Learning Reports 25 Percent Revenue Growth in Q1 FY27

NIIT Learning Systems Limited reported Rs. 565.1 crore in Q1 FY27 revenue, up 25% year over year, with AI enabled learning services contributing 13% of revenue.

NIIT Learning Systems Limited reported Rs. 565.1 crore in consolidated net revenue for Q1 FY27, up 25% year over year, the company said in a press release. EBITDA was Rs. 103.2 crore, up 9% year over year, with an EBITDA margin of 18.3%. Profit after tax was Rs. 57.4 crore, and earnings per share were Rs. 4.17.

AI enabled learning services contributed 13% of revenue in the quarter. The company also launched the AI ready L&D Enterprise series, which includes services for learning operating models, learning architecture, enterprise AI fluency, and leadership training for human and AI workforces.

NIIT Learning added three global Long Term Annuity clients during the quarter, including a quantum computing company, a clinical research organization, and a Fortune 500 hospitality company. It also expanded one existing contract and renewed three contracts.

The company ended the quarter with 113 Long Term Annuity clients. Revenue visibility stood at USD 462 million, up 19% year over year. NIIT Learning was also named a Strategic Leader in the 2026 Fosway AI Market Assessment for Digital Learning.
