Netomi has raised 110 million dollars in a Series C funding round led by Accenture Ventures, with participation from Adobe Ventures, WndrCo, NAVER Ventures, Metis Strategy, SLW, and Fin Capital, announced in a press release.

The California based startup uses artificial intelligence models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to automate customer service interactions for clients such as United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Paramount, DraftKings, and MetLife. The company’s platform manages chat, email, and voice channels and is integrated into the United Airlines mobile app.

As part of the funding, Accenture has formed a global alliance with Netomi to deploy its technology across enterprise clients. Adobe Ventures’ investment will support integration of Netomi’s AI capabilities into Adobe’s Brand Concierge ecosystem. WndrCo’s managing partner Jeffrey Katzenberg has also joined Netomi’s board of directors.

Netomi plans to use the new capital to expand customer deployments and invest in research and development. The company employs about 170 people and aims to advance its AI agents that can preemptively address customer issues and operate within complex enterprise environments.
