Alta Raises $25 Million Series A to Expand AI Platform for Revenue Teams
Alta, the AI System of Actions for go to market teams, has raised $25 million in Series A funding announced in a press release. The round was led by IN Venture, with participation from Mindset Ventures, Skywell Capital, LeumiTech77, and existing investors Entrée Capital, Target Global, and Verissimo Ventures, along with several angel investors and scout funds.
Alta plans to use the capital to expand internationally, grow its customer base, and enhance its platform. The company intends to add new data, CRM, and advertising integrations while introducing AI agents for account management and cross-selling. Alta reported reaching its first million in revenue within months of launch and projects 800 percent revenue growth this year.
The platform replaces multiple disconnected tools with a coordinated network of AI agents powered by a shared intelligence layer called the Company Brain. These agents learn from every action and connect to over 60 sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, and Clay. Customers include Snowflake, Deel, Atlassian, Atoms, and other enterprises.
Founded in 2023 by Stav Levi-Neumark, Tom Hoffen, and Mor Shabtai, Alta says it is focused on transforming how businesses run their revenue operations through a unified AI system built to understand and optimize go to market processes.
