Sharon AI signs $373 million AI cloud agreement

Sharon AI signed a five year cloud computing service agreement with a global AI platform valued at $373 million, with revenue expected to start in the first quarter of 2027.

In a press release, Sharon AI said it signed a five year cloud computing service agreement with a global AI platform valued at $373 million. The company expects revenue from the agreement to start in the first quarter of 2027.

Sharon AI said it will deploy cloud computing solutions across its AI infrastructure in Australia. The initial deployment is expected to use 2,048 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra B300 GPUs, with additional deployments possible under the contract.

The company's AI Factory capacity remains at 132 MW, with 120 MW now contracted to end customers. It expects to increase its GPU count from 62,000 to 64,000 across the AI Factory platform by mid 2027.
