NAVER D2SF Invests Further in AI Motion Capture Startup MOVIN

NAVER D2SF has made an additional investment in MOVIN, a startup pioneering AI-based real-time motion capture technology using LiDAR sensors.

NAVER D2SF has made a follow-on investment in MOVIN, an AI-powered startup specializing in real-time markerless motion capture technology. Announced in a press release, this investment follows NAVER D2SF's initial seed funding in 2023, recognizing MOVIN's successful product development and growth potential.

MOVIN has developed the world's first real-time motion capture technology that integrates LiDAR sensors, allowing for precise 3D joint and bone structure tracking without distortion. This technology eliminates the need for complex setups and manual post-processing, making it easily integrable with major game engines and content pipelines.

The startup has launched its flagship product, "MOVIN TRACIN," and is expanding into the North American market. At GDC 2025, MOVIN's solution was praised for its ease of use and superior quality. The company plans to evolve into a 3D motion data platform by the end of the year, enhancing data production efficiency by 20% compared to existing solutions.
