Mynd.ai has announced that Vin Riera will step down as CEO, with Arthur Giterman taking over the role effective April 11, 2025.

Mynd.ai has announced a leadership change as Vin Riera steps down from his role as CEO, effective April 11, 2025. In a press release, the company stated that Arthur Giterman, the current Chief Financial Officer, will assume the position of CEO and join the Board of Directors on the same date.

Arthur Giterman, who joined Mynd.ai in 2023, has been instrumental in driving the company's strategic direction and played a key role in taking the company public. He will continue to serve as CFO while the Board evaluates potential successors for the financial role.

Vin Riera, who has led Mynd.ai since 2017, expressed confidence in Giterman's ability to lead the company through its next phase of growth. Simon Leung, Chairman of the Board, praised Riera's contributions and highlighted Giterman's strong blend of financial, operational, and strategic expertise as essential for the company's future success.
