Matt Gennone joins evolv Consulting as CEO after serving as chief commercial officer at Fractal and CEO of its Cogentiq platform.

evolv Consulting names Matt Gennone chief executive officer, the firm said in a press release. Founder and former CEO Eric Neef will become executive chairman.

Gennone joins from Fractal, where he served as chief commercial officer and CEO of its Cogentiq enterprise agent platform. He will lead evolv Consulting's strategy and growth across its AI and data consulting business, including partnerships with Snowflake, Anthropic, AWS and Microsoft.
