Kosmos Raises $5 Million Seed Round and Launches Operational Intelligence Platform
Kosmos has launched its operational intelligence platform and raised $5 million in a seed round led by Norwest Venture Partners, announced in a press release. The funding will accelerate product development and market education as the company expands its enterprise offering.
The Kosmos platform uses AI to correlate data across systems such as Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, ServiceNow, Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk. It surfaces likely root causes of incidents by linking customer cases, code changes, and service issues in a single view. Each correlation is proposed by machine, confirmed by humans, and learned by the system, forming a continuous improvement loop.
Founder and CEO Sanjay Gidwani developed the platform after decades in enterprise operations, aiming to reduce the manual effort required to trace incidents across disconnected tools. Kosmos is now available commercially, and the company will host a webinar on June 10, 2026, to discuss its approach to reducing investigation costs.
