The company is developing infrastructure that allows AI agents to discover new capabilities, access services instantly, and complete payments in a single workflow. Its platform provides a unified way for AI agents to find and use internet-based tools in real time, enabling them to perform complex tasks without frequent errors or human intervention.

Orthogonal stated that the new capital will accelerate development of its core platform, which serves as the discovery, orchestration, and payment layer for autonomous agents operating across the internet.
