Kapture CX has raised $10 million in pre-Series B funding led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, marking the investor's first move into AI announced in a press release. Existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives also participated in the round.

Kapture operates a vertically integrated agentic AI platform designed to streamline enterprise adoption of AI across operations. Its unified system spans model management, an agentic layer, and user interfaces, enabling organizations to deploy AI solutions at scale without integrating multiple products.

The company serves over 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries, including clients from the Tata Group, Reliance Group, and Bajaj Finance. It has also built partnerships with major consulting firms and cloud service providers.

Kapture plans to use the new capital to expand its presence in global markets and continue investing in product development. According to CEO Sheshgiri Kamath, the company has achieved profitability since its Series A in 2023 and targets fivefold revenue growth in the coming years.
