kos.ai Releases Same Day Pay Application Review System for Infrastructure Operators
kos.ai has announced the general availability of its same day pay application review system powered by Kos, its virtual finance employee, in a press release. The platform automates financial workflows for data center, defense, and energy operators, allowing pay applications to be reviewed within a single day.
The release follows $12 million in inception financing completed in late 2025, led by 8VC and XYZ Venture Capital. kos.ai began beta testing the system in January 2026 after debuting at the Pacific Telecommunications Council Conference, working with early customers to refine the product for rapid deployment across infrastructure projects.
The company also announced the appointment of David Ferdman, Co-Founder and President of Primary Digital Infrastructure and former CEO of CyrusOne, to its Board of Advisors. He joins executives from Equinix, Crusoe, STACK Infrastructure, and OpenAI, who already serve as advisors to kos.ai.
Kos automates back office financial processes such as invoice reconciliation and contract review for capital-intensive industries. The system integrates with existing workplace applications without requiring new user interfaces or major process changes.
