Kim.cc Raises Funding to Expand AI Customer Support Operations in the US
Kim.cc has completed an institutional venture funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners to support its expansion in the United States and further develop its AI-based customer support platform, announced in a press release.
The company provides AI-supported customer service for more than 200 e-commerce brands worldwide, combining automated systems with human oversight to increase efficiency and maintain quality. Kim.cc plans to triple its workforce to more than 100 employees by 2028 and aims to exceed 100 million dollars in annual revenue.
Kim.cc’s approach integrates AI agents, workflow memory, and human quality control to manage around two million customer inquiries each week. The funding will also support the company’s continued operations in India and recruitment for roles in sales, partnerships, and customer success.
According to Stellaris Venture Partners, the company’s model delivers measurable outcomes at 40 percent lower cost compared to traditional support operations while maintaining service quality.
