Moonshot AI Launches Kimi Hosted Agents for Enterprise Tasks

Nov 5, 2026
Moonshot AI has launched Kimi Hosted Agents, a managed cloud service for long running agent tasks and collaboration among multiple agents.

Moonshot AI formally launched Kimi Hosted Agents on November 5, according to Unite.AI. The managed cloud service supports long running agent tasks and collaboration among multiple agents, following a beta offered to verified enterprise users in September.

The platform manages sessions, tool execution, scheduling, retries and recovery from service interruptions. It stores session history, sandbox state and output files on Kimi infrastructure. Developers can access it through a web console, REST API or command line interface, while a coordinator agent can delegate work to as many as 20 agents within one session.

Enterprise controls include isolated sandboxes, network access settings, execution records and audit exports. Customers can connect their own tools, skills, plugins and MCP services. A customer managed hosting option moves sandbox execution to the customer's infrastructure, although model calls, orchestration and session management remain on Kimi's platform.

Pricing includes sandbox runtime at ¥0.072 per hour, model inference charges based on token use and separate plugin fees. Kimi says the service includes more than 140 skills, more than 30 plugins and 12 agent templates.
