Knox Systems has announced a partnership with Microsoft to help software companies deploy secure, compliant solutions on Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. The collaboration aims to accelerate the availability of modern AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software for U.S. government customers.

Knox Systems has announced a partnership with Microsoft to help commercial software providers deploy secure solutions for U.S. government customers on Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. The partnership was announced in a press release and is aimed at reducing the compliance barriers that have slowed adoption of commercial technologies in federal environments.

Knox provides a pre-authorized Federal Managed Cloud that allows software companies to reach production-ready compliance in as little as 90 days. By inheriting key federal security controls, providers can cut the time and cost needed to meet government standards.

The collaboration combines Knox’s managed federal cloud with the Azure Government platform to offer a streamlined path for software vendors pursuing civilian and defense contracts. Knox currently supports more than 70 software companies through FedRAMP-authorized environments, including Adobe, Armis, Celonis, and BigID.

Microsoft stated that the partnership will help agencies gain faster access to innovative technologies that support critical missions while meeting federal security and compliance requirements.
