AidFinder earned FedRAMP Class C certification in 37 days through a partnership with Knox Systems, the companies announced in a press release. The approval allows government agencies to deploy AidFinder for residents seeking disaster assistance.

The platform uses an AI agent to help survivors prepare applications on aid program websites. Users enter their information once, review each application before submission, and control which programs can access stored documents.

AidFinder supports disaster preparation and applications for FEMA Individual Assistance. It also gives emergency management agencies tools to set eligibility rules, monitor applications, and track aid received. Support for additional federal, state, and nonprofit programs will follow.
