Jurimesh Secures €1.6 Million to Enhance AI Legal Due Diligence
Jurimesh has raised €1.6 million in pre-seed funding, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Syndicate One, with participation from several business angels. This investment aims to refine Jurimesh's AI-driven due diligence platform and support its expansion across Europe.
The Belgian legaltech company is focused on transforming the traditionally slow and error-prone process of legal due diligence. By integrating with data rooms, Jurimesh uses advanced AI-powered document recognition and Large Language Models to identify risks, suggest recommendations, and generate due diligence reports. This approach has proven effective in collaboration with M&A law firms, enhancing both speed and accuracy.
With the new funding, Jurimesh plans to enhance its AI capabilities, expand its commercial team, and develop new features to further automate legal due diligence. The company is based in Ghent, Belgium, and is setting a new standard for legal efficiency in the European market.
