Scrunch AI has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by Decibel, with participation from Mayfield and Homebrew, announced in a press release. The company aims to transform traditional SEO into AI search optimization, helping brands improve their visibility in AI search results.

Scrunch AI's new Agent Experience Platform (AXP) is designed to create a parallel website tailored for AI crawlers, enhancing discoverability and placement without requiring a redesign. The platform is currently in pilot with enterprise customers and will be rolled out more broadly in the coming months.

The funding will accelerate the development and deployment of AXP, enabling brands to serve optimized content directly to AI crawlers and agents. This move comes as more than 70% of Fortune 1000 websites are reportedly difficult for AI crawlers to interpret, highlighting the need for optimized AI search strategies.
