Isotopes Secures $20M to Tackle Big Data Accessibility
Isotopes, co-founded by Arun Murthy, has raised $20 million in a seed round led by NTTVC to address enterprise data accessibility issues. The startup emerged from stealth with its AI agent, Aidnn, which aims to bridge the gap between data infrastructure managers and business users. TechCrunch reports that Aidnn allows business managers to query data in natural language, orchestrating complex processes to generate insights.
Murthy, who previously co-founded Hortonworks and served as CTO at Scale AI, brings a wealth of experience to Isotopes. The AI agent Aidnn is designed to access and clean data from various sources, such as Salesforce and Snowflake, while maintaining context for complex analytical tasks. The startup has already filed 10 patents, highlighting its technical sophistication.
Despite the competitive landscape, with companies like Salesforce integrating AI agents into their platforms, Isotopes' unique approach and the founders' deep understanding of enterprise data infrastructure position it as a strong contender in the market.
