October 31, 2025
iCIMS has launched its first AI Sourcing Agent along with new integrations and platform enhancements aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.

iCIMS has launched its first AI Sourcing Agent as part of its 2025 Fall Release, announced in a press release. The new agent is designed to help recruiters automatically discover, match, and engage talent within the iCIMS platform. It enables intelligent sourcing workflows that surface top candidates, including previously qualified profiles, while maintaining recruiter control over outreach and communication.

The release also includes a turnkey integration with JDP’s I-9/E-Verify service, allowing customers to connect systems without IT involvement. This new integration aims to simplify setup processes, reduce support requests, and accelerate onboarding.

Additional updates introduce expanded behavior-based campaign logic in iCIMS CXM for more personalized outreach, as well as enhancements to interview scheduling and candidate profile management in iCIMS ATS. The company also announced new integrations with LinkedIn Apply Connect and Veritone Hire to improve application flow management and ensure consistent branding across recruitment touchpoints.

The new features will be showcased at the UNLEASH World event in Paris, where iCIMS will present its approach to responsible AI in hiring.
