iCIMS Connects Its Applicant Tracking System With LinkedIn Hiring Assistant

Oct 14, 2026
A planned integration will let recruiters evaluate applicants using data from iCIMS and LinkedIn, then sync results back to the iCIMS applicant tracking system.

iCIMS plans to connect its applicant tracking system with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant in spring 2027, the company said in a press release. The Recruiter System Connect Plus integration will be available to iCIMS customers that use Hiring Assistant and hold a LinkedIn Recruiter license.

Recruiters will be able to evaluate applicants in Hiring Assistant regardless of where they applied. The tool will combine LinkedIn profile information with resume data from the iCIMS applicant tracking system to assess candidates against hiring criteria.

Hiring Assistant evaluations and application stage updates will sync back to iCIMS in real time. Recruiters will be able to review candidates and filter applicants by evaluation results without moving between the two systems.
