ICEYE and SATIM have launched 'Detect & Classify', an AI-powered product designed to enhance the analysis of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. Announced in a press release, the new tool automatically detects and classifies vessels, vehicles, and aircraft with over 90% accuracy, significantly reducing the need for manual analysis.

The product combines ICEYE's high-resolution SAR imagery with SATIM's advanced AI capabilities, delivering both the SAR image and object classifications in a single package. This innovation aims to provide rapid situational awareness across maritime, air, and land domains, supporting defense and intelligence operations.

The launch follows a successful joint development effort between the two companies, initially announced in February 2025. The Detect & Classify product is expected to empower users by automating the delivery of actionable insights, thus accelerating decision-making processes in defense and security sectors.
