HR Acuity has announced a strategic partnership with People Results to expand the use of analytics in employee relations, according to a press release. The collaboration combines HR Acuity’s employee relations case management software with People Results’ data science expertise to deliver predictive insights and evidence-based decision-making tools.

People Results will contribute to HR Acuity’s empowER community through workshops and learning sessions, and will help refine the company’s Trust & Risk Framework and employee relations KPIs. The consultancy will also provide analytics content for HR Acuity’s ER companion tool, olivER, enabling users to better interpret and act on data insights.

Under the partnership, People Results becomes HR Acuity’s recommended analytics partner for customers seeking advanced consulting support. The companies aim to help organizations transform employee relations data into actionable intelligence that supports workplace transparency and accountability.
