Humanly Acquires CareerArc for Recruitment Marketing

Humanly acquired CareerArc, the company announced in a press release. The deal combines CareerArc's recruitment marketing technology with Humanly's tools for candidate engagement, screening, interviews and hiring.

CareerArc's products include HireSocial, a social recruiting platform, and Job Maps, which lets candidates find roles by location. Humanly engages, screens and interviews candidates around the clock across chat, phone and video.

The combined platform will help employers reach potential applicants and move qualified candidates through the hiring process. Humanly focuses on employers managing high volume recruitment.
