Hippocratic AI has secured $126 million in Series C funding led by Avenir Growth, valuing the company at $3.5 billion. The funds will support expansion, product development, and international growth for its generative AI healthcare agents.

Hippocratic AI has raised $126 million in a Series C funding round led by Avenir Growth, valuing the healthcare AI firm at $3.5 billion, announced in a press release. The round brings the company’s total funding to $404 million.

Existing investors including CapitalG, General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, and Universal Health Services also participated. The company plans to use the funds to expand globally, pursue mergers and acquisitions, and advance product development focused on clinically safe generative AI agents.

Founded by CEO Munjal Shah and a team of healthcare and technology professionals, Hippocratic AI has established partnerships with over 50 major health systems, payors, and pharmaceutical companies across six countries. Its AI agents are designed for non-diagnostic, patient-facing use cases and have completed more than 115 million clinical interactions.

The company said it will continue investing in its Polaris Safety Constellation Architecture and deepen collaborations with healthcare providers to scale its AI-driven patient engagement solutions.
