Oracle Launches AI Data Platform for Life Sciences Research

February 02, 2026
Oracle has introduced the Oracle Life Sciences AI Data Platform, a generative AI-enabled solution designed to unify and analyze large-scale health data to support pharmaceutical, medical device, and research organizations.

Oracle announced in a press release the launch of its Oracle Life Sciences AI Data Platform, a generative AI-driven analytics solution aimed at accelerating research and development, clinical trials, and commercialization for pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences organizations.

The platform combines proprietary and third-party data with more than 129 million de-identified longitudinal records from Oracle Health Real-World Data. It uses generative AI and agentic reasoning to interpret information and deliver actionable insights within research and clinical workflows.

Organizations can use built-in AI agents or create their own to perform tasks such as identifying label expansion opportunities, conducting Health Economics and Outcomes Research, generating synthetic control arms, and monitoring safety data. The system also allows researchers to ask open-ended questions, refine hypotheses, and track data lineage.

The platform integrates with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Life Sciences AI Application Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales, and Oracle Health AI Application Suite, providing a unified environment for life sciences operations. Oracle Corporation will showcase the platform at the SCOPE conference in Orlando, Florida, from February 2–5, 2026.
