Happiest Minds Technologies has reaffirmed its 'AI First. Agile Always' strategy to accelerate AI-native software development and large-scale enterprise adoption of AI. The company plans to double its Generative AI team and expand AI-led service delivery across industries.

Happiest Minds Technologies has reaffirmed its "AI First. Agile Always" strategy to accelerate AI-native software development and agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients, announced in a press release. The company aims to help organizations move from AI experimentation to production-scale adoption through its Generative AI Business Services (GBS) unit.

Happiest Minds has developed 32 Generative AI use cases progressing from prototypes to full-scale implementations across sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, and technology. It is also building a cross-industry AI platform to streamline deployment and scalability.

The firm’s Agentic AI portfolio covers AI-native software development, AI-powered IT service management, and cybersecurity offerings. It is developing an AI Service Delivery Platform that combines human expertise with intelligent agents to improve productivity and efficiency.

Happiest Minds plans to double its Generative AI workforce to 250 professionals in 2026 and reach 500 by FY27. The company is also expanding its analytics team to about 1,000 professionals by the same period. Additional research areas include AI-driven healthcare solutions and AI-enabled Ayurveda for personalized preventive care.
