Cognizant announced in a press release the launch of an EMEA AI unit for companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The unit is focused on helping clients move agentic AI projects from pilots to larger deployments.

The company said the unit brings together consulting, engineering, and implementation teams. It will support clients in building, deploying, and running agent based AI systems tied to their business context.

Cognizant said the unit is part of its AI Builder strategy. The work is designed to remain independent of a specific platform, model, or cloud provider.
