Shield Technology Partners Secures $100 Million Investment from Thrive Holdings
Shield Technology Partners has raised $100 million from Thrive Holdings to accelerate the growth of its AI-focused IT services platform, announced in a press release. The funding will support product innovation, strategic acquisitions, and the expansion of Shield’s national network of IT services companies.
Shield’s engineering team is collaborating with OpenAI researchers to develop AI-enabled tools designed to improve IT operations. Its products, Sentinel and Spectre, assist engineers by automating ticket triage and issue resolution, reducing median resolution times by over half for common IT tasks such as software and email support.
The company reported more than $100 million in annual revenue in 2025 and currently partners with nine IT service providers across industries including construction, energy, and healthcare, serving over 1,500 customers nationwide. Thrive Holdings said the investment aligns with its strategy of integrating AI technologies into core business sectors.
