Presbyterian Healthcare Services is expanding the GW RhythmX AI Precision Care Platform across its 200 primary care clinicians after a successful pilot that improved efficiency and patient care insights.

Presbyterian Healthcare Services has expanded its use of the GW RhythmX AI Precision Care Platform to 200 primary care clinicians, announced in a press release. The deployment marks the first full-system rollout of the precision care AI platform within the health system.

The expansion follows a pilot program that helped clinicians identify and review more than 200 health conditions across 10,000 patient encounters. The platform generated over 17,000 personalized treatment responses and reduced hours of manual data review by consolidating key patient information within its Epic electronic health record integration.

Clinicians reported faster access to relevant clinical data, payer criteria, and social determinants of health, allowing more time for patient interaction. According to Presbyterian Healthcare Services, the system supports efforts to improve care quality and efficiency while addressing the growing complexity of clinical practice.

The platform, developed by GW RhythmX, combines AI-driven clinical insights with workflow integration to assist healthcare providers in delivering personalized care at scale. The organization plans to continue leveraging the technology to enhance care delivery across its network.
