Haut.AI Launches Clinical Studies Software for Skin Research
Haut.AI has launched Clinical Studies Software, a platform for remote, hybrid, and clinic based skin studies, the company announced in a press release. The software is designed for skincare, beauty, ingredient, and dermatology companies running studies across participant groups of hundreds to thousands.
The platform uses standardized image capture and AI based measurement to quantify 48 validated biomarkers, including wrinkles, pigmentation, texture, acne, redness, and pore appearance. Researchers can collect images in clinics or remotely through Haut.AI's LIQA technology, then view cohort analytics, longitudinal tracking, phenotype segmentation, and efficacy measurements in a dashboard.
The company said study setup can move from a typical 8 to 16 weeks to two or three days. The platform also generates reports and visual evidence packages for product claims.
The software is built on AI models developed with dermatologists and evaluated at Institut d'Expertise Clinique against a consensus panel of expert graders. Validation showed ICC 0.97 to 0.98 repeatability across five facial skin endpoints.
