Andor Health and Psynergy Health Launch ACCESS Clinic for Medicare Beneficiaries
In a press release, Andor Health and Psynergy Health announced the launch of the ACCESS Clinic, an approved CMS model built to serve Medicare beneficiaries across the United States. The clinic combines AI reasoning with a licensed clinician workforce to deliver continuous chronic care.
The partnership introduces what the companies describe as an AI native clinical services operating system, capable of reasoning over patient data continuously while a live clinical team acts on the insights. The system has already processed more than 35 million AI agent interactions, covering over 20 million patients across four clinic tracks.
The ACCESS Clinic is designed to apply outcome based payment methods under the CMS ACCESS Model. According to the announcement, the underlying platform is already used in more than 40 health systems and has reduced total cost of care by 45 percent and unplanned readmissions by over 40 percent.
