Amazon Web Services (AWS) will fund the initial development of Gaxos.ai’s AI-powered sales coaching platform, announced in a press release. The project will be built in collaboration with Caylent, an AWS premier partner, and is designed to run entirely on AWS infrastructure.

The platform will feature real-time call transcription, automated coaching intelligence, and post-call analytics for enterprise-scale deployment. Caylent will lead the development of the AWS-native architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

According to Gaxos.ai, the AWS-backed initiative will consolidate and prototype the platform’s core capabilities, supporting advanced AI workloads while reducing reliance on external providers. The company expects this development phase to strengthen its position for future commercial opportunities and partnerships.
