HiddenLayer Raises $100 Million for AI Security Platform

HiddenLayer raised a $100 million Series B round led by Delta-v Capital to expand its AI security platform and runtime protections for enterprise AI systems.

AI security company HiddenLayer announced in a press release that it raised a $100 million Series B round led by Delta-v Capital. The round included participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, and Booz Allen Ventures.

HiddenLayer said it will use the funding to expand its enterprise platform, including Agentic Runtime Security and Agent Harness Security. Agent Harness Security is designed to protect AI coding agents at runtime as they write, review, and ship code.

The company said its annual recurring revenue grew more than 10x in the past year. It also added more than 50 new platform customers across securities brokerage, banking, insurance, accounting, government, technology, IT services, pharmaceuticals, airlines, and defense and intelligence.

HiddenLayer also said it recently named Mike Gesnaldo as chief revenue officer. The company plans additional hiring and expansion in Europe and the wider EMEA region.
