Gore Mutual Deploys Guidewire ProNavigator for Claims and Underwriting

Nov 2, 2026
Gore Mutual Insurance has embedded Guidewire ProNavigator into its policy and claims applications, giving employees direct access to underwriting rules, policy guidance and internal documents.

Gore Mutual Insurance and Guidewire announced in a press release the deployment of Guidewire ProNavigator, an embedded AI assistant for insurance expertise, across the insurer's claims and personal lines underwriting operations.

ProNavigator is embedded in Gore Mutual's core policy and claims applications. Employees can access answers from underwriting rules, policy guidance and internal documents without leaving their main work screen.

The insurer expects the tool to help underwriters and claims adjusters handle procedural questions faster and apply internal guidance more consistently.

"At the heart of great claims service is making sure our people have the right information at the right time," said Suzanne Courtlander, chief claims officer at Gore Mutual. "Digitization creates the greatest business value when it's part of the work employees already do every day," said Joseph D'Souza, general manager of ProNavigator at Guidewire.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
