Fuse Oncology has launched FuseRx, a prescribing and treatment-intent platform for radiation oncology, debuting at the 2026 AAPM Annual Meeting in Vancouver. The system integrates prescribing, simulation, and treatment planning into one guided workflow with built-in validation and pathway support.

Fuse Oncology has launched FuseRx, a prescribing and treatment-intent solution for radiation oncology, announced in a press release. The system is being introduced at the 68th AAPM Annual Meeting and Exhibition in Vancouver.

FuseRx serves as a central component of the Fuse platform, linking consultation, simulation, planning, and treatment within a single structured workflow. It enables physicians to create a complete treatment plan, including simulation orders, prescriptions, and target goals, using configurable templates and a validation engine with safety checks and audit tracking.

The platform supports clinical pathways at the point of prescribing, incorporating both local protocols and published evidence-based guidelines. Integration with the American College of Radiation Oncology's ACROPath pathways provides clinicians with decision support during treatment planning, aimed at maintaining consistency while preserving physician discretion.

FuseRx operates alongside existing Fuse products, including S!GNAL and FuseDocs, within a unified system that shares patient data and workflow context from consultation onward. Attendees of AAPM 2026 can view the platform demonstration at booth #610.
