OhMD Launches Outcomes for Automated Patient Workflows
OhMD announces in a press release the launch of Outcomes, a software layer that converts healthcare organizations' plain language goals into voice and text AI agents and automated workflows. Beta access will open in mid November 2026, ahead of a broader release.
Organizations can specify objectives such as scheduling annual wellness visits. Outcomes can identify eligible patients, contact them by voice or text, assist with booking, follow up with people who do not respond, and track completed care gaps.
The software connects with electronic health record systems and other tools used by care teams. Staff can view patient interactions and continue conversations that the AI cannot resolve. Outcomes runs on top of OhMD's existing products, so current customers can add the workflow layer without replacing those products.
