Brainomix and Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Partner on AI Lung Imaging Research
Brainomix and the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation are starting a patient engagement initiative focused on AI powered imaging for pulmonary fibrosis, the organizations said in a press release. The project will examine how patients and caregivers understand quantitative results from lung CT scans and how those results can inform discussions with clinicians.
The research will study the use of Brainomix 360 e-Lung within clinical assessments. The FDA cleared and CE marked tool automatically quantifies and visualizes radiographic features in lung CT scans, helping clinicians assess disease and changes over time.
The initiative will also explore what information patients want, how they respond to visual and quantitative outputs, and whether imaging results can support treatment discussions. It forms part of PROGRESS-PPF, a wider research program involving Brainomix and Boehringer Ingelheim that examines quantitative CT metrics for assessing progressive pulmonary fibrosis.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
