xFusion Joins Linux Foundation as Silver Member
xFusion joins the Linux Foundation as a Silver member and will participate in the SODA Foundation, the company announced in a press release. It plans to contribute technical expertise and code to projects covering AI infrastructure operations, observability and benchmarking.
The company will work on open benchmarks, reference architectures and operating practices for AI systems that use multiple accelerators, models, inference engines and software platforms. These contributions will also inform the continued development and interoperability of FusionOS.
xFusion plans to continue developing Aitra, an open reference platform under SODA Foundation governance. It will also use its Singapore Open Lab for collaborative research, testing and benchmarking of AI infrastructure.
