Eight Group is expanding its use of software from IFS to support its growth through mergers and acquisitions, IFS said in a press release. The UK facilities management provider will implement IFS Loops Digital Workers, IFS Cloud, and Planning & Scheduling Optimization.

Eight Group previously deployed Nexus Black Resolve to 65 engineers within weeks. The tool lets engineers record problems through photos, video, or voice, then uses AI to diagnose faults and provide repair guidance.

The company will also use IFS Loops Knowledge Manager to give engineers answers from technical documents and service records. The IFS platform will provide real time insight across finance, projects, field service, scheduling, and asset data, while DNASTREAM will serve as the implementation partner.
