Pax8 Launches 8os and 8bot for Managed AI Services

Oct 19, 2026
Pax8 has introduced 8os for governing AI agents and 8bot as a managed AI coworker. Limited early access opens this week, with general availability planned for early 2027.

Pax8 launches 8os, a system that lets IT service providers govern AI agents used by their small business customers, according to SiliconANGLE. The company also introduced 8bot, an AI coworker that providers can deploy and supervise through 8os.

8os manages agents and models from multiple vendors, while keeping each customer's memory and context separate. Providers can assign ownership and operating rules, track usage and spending, set consumption limits, and handle billing through their existing Pax8 accounts.

Employees can use 8bot for routine tasks, then review and revise its output. Limited early access to both products opens this week, with general availability planned for early 2027.
