Ecosystems has unveiled ViViEN 2.0, an AI-enabled go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure aimed at aligning providers and customers on business outcomes, announced in a press release. This next-generation Virtual Value Engineer facilitates a collaborative workspace that helps GTM teams engage across the customer value lifecycle.

ViViEN 2.0 is designed to co-create value with customers by acting as a shared system of record. It allows providers and customers to define, quantify, and track business outcomes, centralizing insights and continuously learning from a proprietary library of customer results.

Key enhancements in ViViEN 2.0 include AI-guided research and personalization, dynamic collaboration with customers, and precise outcome-driven value quantification. The platform also offers post-sale value tracking, linking presale expectations with post-sale results to build trust and support renewals.

ViViEN 2.0 is now available to all members of Ecosystems' Customer Value Community, which includes over 1,500 companies, fostering a collaborative environment to explore and enhance AI-driven customer conversations.
