Visier Expands Workforce Context Engine for Enterprise HR

Oct 20, 2026
Visier expanded its Workforce Context Engine to connect and govern workforce data for AI agents and enterprise platforms.

Visier announced an expanded Workforce Context Engine in a press release. The system connects workforce data from HR, finance, recruiting, performance and succession platforms for use by AI agents.

The engine maps data definitions, relationships, lineage, permissions and freshness when processing a question. It applies the same governed workforce context to agents built by Visier, external agents and enterprise data platforms.

The engine works with Databricks, Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform. Visier said Eaton used its infrastructure to centralize workforce data, eliminate 90% of manual reports, reduce bug tickets by 83% and recover about $1.5 million in productivity.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
