Deloitte and Ironclad Form Alliance for AI Contract Lifecycle Management
Deloitte and Ironclad have announced a new strategic alliance to enhance contract lifecycle management with AI, according to a press release. The collaboration combines Deloitte's experience in business transformation and legal services with Ironclad's AI contracting platform to help enterprises accelerate and optimize contract processes.
The alliance aims to support organizations across the full contracting lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to management and compliance. Many enterprises still rely on fragmented tools and manual workflows that limit visibility and slow execution. The combined offering is designed to deploy AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and insight extraction from contract data.
Ironclad's AI platform will integrate with Deloitte's implementation and optimization capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. The partnership also focuses on embedding AI innovation within governance and oversight frameworks to help clients manage risk and adopt technology responsibly.
Executives from both companies said the alliance reflects a shared focus on modernizing legal and business operations through technology-enabled contracting and responsible AI adoption.
