DCM Services and AKUVO Partner on Estate Recovery

DCM Services and AKUVO are partnering to help financial institutions identify and manage decedent and probate accounts through AKUVO's collections platform.

DCM Services and AKUVO announced a strategic partnership in a press release to add probate and estate account recovery services to AKUVO's collections platform. The service will help banks, credit unions and fintech companies identify decedent accounts earlier, follow state compliance requirements and file claims on time.

The integration is designed to let financial institutions begin probate recovery before missed payments appear. It combines DCM Services' estate recovery expertise with the workflows financial institutions use in AKUVO.

AKUVO's collections software includes predictive intelligence, AI assisted decision support, digital engagement and workflow automation. The partnership extends those capabilities to decedent and probate account resolution.
