Crunchtime Launches Connected Restaurant Operations Suite
Crunchtime announced in a press release what it describes as the industry's first connected operations management suite, bringing kitchen and restaurant workflows into one system. The suite connects Crunchtime Kitchen, Crunchtime Ops Execution, and Crunchtime Inventory through the kitchen display system.
Restaurant staff can view operational tasks alongside orders, receive prep recommendations generated by AI, and record food waste on the display. Waste entries automatically update inventory records.
Crunchtime also connected Crunchtime Kitchen with Crunchtime Insights. The integration combines service, reservations, inventory, labor, point of sale, and execution data in one view. The launch follows Crunchtime's 2025 merger with QSR Automations. The company says its software serves more than 850 brands across over 150,000 locations.
