Catapult Deploys Sous Chef Across More Than 600 Restaurants
Catapult is deploying Sous Chef to run third-party delivery across its network of more than 600 restaurants in the United States and Canada, according to a press release. Sous Chef reports that restaurants across its wider network recorded 58% less downtime and 33% fewer cancellations during their first 90 days on the platform.
The platform connects delivery apps to each kitchen through a single tablet. Its AI agents can pause and reopen online storefronts, identify order and menu problems, and manage store availability around the clock.
Catapult will also receive direct access to the Sous Chef API. Its team can use the API to build custom tools and workflows for its network of virtual restaurant brands.
